Validation
Rogers Association Program validation is fast, easy, and secure with our online portal. There are a couple of ways to complete this validation, depending on whether you're an employee or a member.
There are two validation documents required:
Please supply a document that shows recent (within 60 days) employment to the company that is registered as an association member.
Here are some examples of what you can submit.
› Paystub (most recent)
› Company badge or ID
› Offer letter (if dated and signed within 30 days)
› Membership or license document
› Letter of employment or membership
Please supply a document that shows your company or yourself as a current membership to the association eligible for the Rogers Association Program.
Here are some examples of what you can submit.
› Letter or certificate of membership
› Membership confirmation offer for current year/membership period
› Other membership or license document
› Membership or license document
› Screenshot of membership portal or member webpage listing your company or yourself as a member
1. Locate the items that are in the accepted lists above. You should have two documents/images, one for employment, one for membership.
2. Scan the document to your computer or phone, take a picture with your phone, or take a screenshot on your computer. *please redact any sensitive personal or payment information from the document if needed. Your name and the company name must be legible. Never send a document with your credit card, banking information, or SIN# displayed.*
3. When you reach your checkout, you will have the opportunity to upload your validation document. Just choose the file from your mobile or desktop, and it will automatically upload to your order.
4. Click the button again to choose and upload your second file.
An employee of the Klay Tate Productions submits their order. The Klay Tate Productions is a registered member of the Red Deer Chamber.
They will provide:
File 1: proof of employment, such as their last paystub from Klay Tate Productions.
File 2: a snapshot of the company’s listing directly from the Chamber of Commerce website.

› T4 Slips
› Email signatures
› Invoices or receipts
› Password protected documents (unless password is provided to us)
› Student ID/Diploma/School Documents

Existing Rogers Customers
The Rogers Association Program is available for existing and new Rogers customers. If you're a Rogers customer already and aren't getting a new phone or adding new services, you would be doing a plan change only.
